Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time, and your first payment is fully refundable for 14 days, no questions asked.

First 14 days

If you are not happy, email hi.betterskin@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, even if you have received reports. This also covers the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal.

After that

Cancel any time from the link in your billing emails or your account. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

If we make a mistake

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or did not receive a report you paid for, we refund the affected amount.

How refunds arrive

To the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first. It is usually faster.
