Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and SIA "Better Solutions", registration number 40203758805, Jersikas iela 21A-16, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia (“we”), for the Better Solutions website and web app.
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.
2. Not medical care
Better Solutions gives information to help you understand patterns in your own data and prepare for doctor visits. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always talk to a qualified clinician before starting, stopping or changing any treatment, supplement or medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. What the service includes
The free 3-minute check shows a symptom score and patterns. The founding membership includes weekly reports, skincare suggestions and doctor-ready summaries. During early access, reports are prepared by our team with AI assistance and reviewed by a person. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of your membership until we launch them.
4. Your information is only as good as what you share
Reports depend on the data you provide. We do not guarantee that a report will find a pattern or that any pattern explains your symptoms.
5. Membership and billing
The founding membership costs $12 per month (plus tax where applicable) and renews automatically every month until you cancel. We charge the card you give to our payment provider, Stripe, on the same date each month. Your founding price stays the same while your membership continues without a break.
6. Price changes
We will email you at least 30 days before any price change. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel online at any time from the link in every billing email or your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Do not share another person's health data without their permission, upload anything unlawful, try to break or overload the service, or copy our reports, design or content to build a competing product.
10. Our content
The site, reports, templates and design belong to us. You can keep and share your own reports with your doctor and anyone you choose.
11. Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features; if we end the membership, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws where you live.
13. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you where reasonable.
14. Changes to these terms
We will email you at least 30 days before a material change.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without removing any protection your local consumer law gives you.
